The Human Race Finishes Together

The shining sky calls to me;
A warm and welcoming open sea.
Wander to the grace above.
Remember the essence of our love.

Let gravity box us in,
Pay the toll for every single sin.
Or open up to the sky.
We learn to live, and we learn to fly.

All of us are living here,
Yet we treat ourselves with baseless fear.
In our lives we run a race.
But we are humans, so let’s embrace.

We look up and see the sky.
every last one of us; you and I.
We look down and see the ground;
Our fated home to where we are bound.

We live our lives on our home.
This rocky treasure, we share alone.
Share with pleasure or with pain.
Share the finish line. We end the same.
